modern room comfortable bed helpful staff

the room was modern it included a television with satellite channels. i found the bed comfortable and the room very clean. staff were helpful i could store my luggage until check-in time.

the lift was quite small it could only fit a few people at a time.

fantastic family stay!

spacious family room excellent location great information

i found the family room very spacious. it suited our needs perfectly (we had two kids and two adults). the location was excellent and the staff (especially daniel) gave us great information on nearby trams and attractions. plus, the italian restaurant in the hotel was amazing!

i noticed the travel cot wasn't set up when we got there. we had to ask for it to be made up, a minor inconvenience after a long journey.

the standard quadruple room included comfortable beds for everyone and plenty of space to move around. the room also had a nice tv with lots of channels and the bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. it had great natural light too!

i found the staff cute and helpful . the location was central. i particularly enjoyed the outside seating area, it had a great atmosphere and music. the cleanliness of the room was also noteworthy.

the tv remote lacked batteries upon arrival, yet this was quickly addressed by the handyman

i noticed a smart tv in the bedroom, this enhanced the entertainment options the newly refurbished state of the hotel was evident, giving a fresh and cute feel and i didn't want to leave.

slow draining sink thin towel

The room was clean enough.

The promised "refurbishment" seemed incomplete. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The towels were thin, almost see-through, and resembled sandpaper.
